# Troubleshooting: Management API

Look up the answer the Management API gave when it refused to create, change or delete a stream: why, whether to send it again, and what to do.

| Answer | When | Send again | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `409` | Another live stream of the account holds the name, or the Idempotency-Key was used for another creation. | No | Pick another name, or a new Idempotency-Key. |
| `422` | The name, the content type or expires_at breaks its rule; the answer names the field. | No | See [Create a stream](https://tonbo.dev/docs/streams/manage.md#create). |
| `403` | The account already holds as many streams as it may, or the key is narrowed. | No | Delete streams you no longer need, or ask for more (see [Limits](https://tonbo.dev/docs/streams/limits.md)); create with a key that is not narrowed. |
| `402` | The account’s balance is zero. | After a top-up | Add credit on [Usage & billing](https://tonbo.dev/billing). |
| `503` | The region is not open for streams. | No | Create the stream in another region (see [Regions and URLs](https://tonbo.dev/docs/streams/manage.md#regions)). |
