Troubleshooting: resets
Last updated 29 October 2026
Look up what you see when the package resets a database, or another process writes it now: why, and what to do.
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
db.status().reset is not null | The database was reset: its statements and synced() throw UrsulaResetError. | Do what its action says: reopen means open the database again, stop means stop this process, and fix means fix the cause first (see UrsulaResetError). |
The reset’s kind is fenced | Another process opened the database and is now its writer. | Stop this process, and find the second instance before you open the database again. |
